WALLOWA starts with a vented hem worked flat in 2×1 rib between wide Garter Ridge panels at the sides. The body is then knit in the round from the bottom up in Stockinette Stitch, with the Garter Ridge panels at the sides and modified batwing shaping for the sleeves, with dropped shoulders. Work is divided at the underarm and worked flat to the shoulders. Ribbed Sleeves are picked up and worked in the round down to the cuffs. Collar is worked in 1×1 rib.
